The main idea of the RosenTal project is to create a modern family-oriented residential complex, the main characteristics of which will be comfort, environmental friendliness, and quality. The developer has paid special attention to the safety of future residents: the territory of the residential complex will be closed to outsiders, security points will be provided at the entrance and exit, and video surveillance cameras will be installed in public areas.
The main feature of RosenTal is the concept of low-rise construction. There will be a total of 7 seven-story buildings in the project, which eliminates the feeling of "concrete jungles." In the center of the complex, a promenade alley with landscape design - Rose Boulevard - is planned. The RosenTal residential complex is located in the center of Limanka village, just 2 km from the city limits. It is half an hour by car to the center of Odessa or an hour by bus No. 25, with a stop located near the building. The nearest beach in Chornomorsk is a 10-minute drive away. For the convenience of the complex residents, the developer has provided shuttle buses that will run between RosenTal and the "Pivdennyy" market.
Another feature of the complex is the presence of its own infrastructure. A shopping and entertainment center with shops and cafes, children's development centers, and sports facilities will be built here.
For children, there is a public school in the neighboring town of Tairove, which will be accessible by a free school bus from the complex. There is also a kindergarten for young children, where a new building is being constructed and the area is being arranged - soon the institution will be able to accommodate over 300 children. In addition, in the neighboring residential complex, located 3 km away, there is a private kindergarten "Rainbow", and in Limanka, there are several private development clubs.
For medical assistance, you can contact the emergency point "Emergency" within a 3-minute drive. Within 10 minutes along Academician Glushko Avenue, you will reach Children's Polyclinic No. 6, City Dentistry, and the private clinic Odrex.
