"Riviera Gardens" residential area is a part of the large-scale "Black Sea Riviera" project, which the "CUB" corporation is implementing in the Kotovskoho settlement, the most populous microdistrict in Odessa.
The complex of 13 low-rise buildings, ranging from 6 to 16 floors, is designed in the "quarter development" style, featuring closed courtyards without cars, with playgrounds for children and sports, green relaxation areas, and a private park. Parents of schoolchildren can choose schools No. 73 and No. 24 or Gymnasium No. 7 within a 6-7 minute radius by car, and schools No. 13, No. 12, No. 48, No. 44, No. 24, and No. 14 are located within an 8-10 minute drive.
