LCD Risheliev Passage In Odessa

Rishelievsky Passage is a restoration project of a Victorian Baroque architecture building from 1893 in the very center of Odessa, at the intersection of Rishelievskaya and Velika Arnautska streets. The boutique building in the decorative-ornamental style of "Art Nouveau" combines a two-story passage with commercial spaces, a cozy restaurant with a fountain, and apartments with spacious terraces and open balconies. Despite its proximity to the historical part of the city with its vibrant life, this place provides a maximum level of privacy.

Infrastructure

The location, a 10-minute walk to the city center, implies the presence of a developed social and transport infrastructure. At the same distance from the building is the central railway station and the "Privoz" bus station, from which routes to surrounding settlements depart. The nearest public transport stops on Velyka Arnautska and Rishelievskaya streets are a 1-2 minute walk away. These are the stops of trolleybus No. 3 and minibusses No. 124, 128, 145, 148, 150, 175, 201, 208, 210, 221, and 283.

You can buy groceries near the building at the "Tavria V" and "ATB-Market" supermarkets, which are a 2-4 minute walk away. Several other grocery stores and supermarkets of large retail chains are located within a 10-minute walk radius. These include "Kopeika", "ATB-Market", "Tavria V", Fresh Market, the "Provence" natural products store, "Tairovski Vina", "Rybalsky Rai", "Roshen" and others. Also within walking distance from "Prostor na Rishelievskaya" is the well-known "Privoz" - a large food and goods market and a number of shopping centers.

The area is rich in various cultural institutions and places for recreation. One of such places is the first urban food market in Ukraine, Odessa Food Market, which simultaneously houses 13 cafes and 6 bars.

For children, there is a kindergarten-nursery No. 253 near the building, and a few minutes further is kindergarten No. 14. Parents of schoolchildren can choose one of the schools within walking distance from Rishelievsky Passage: No. 58, 94, 101, or 191. The maximum distance to any of these educational institutions is 15 minutes. Also in the residential complex area are the private kindergarten "Anava+", kindergarten-nursery No. 160, Happy Time kindergarten, municipal schools No. 57 and 107, Odessa State Agrarian University and "Odessa Polytechnic".

For training, it is a 4-minute walk to the fitness club "Fitness Lady Odessa", 7 minutes to the sports hall Freedom Fitness Family, and 10-13 minutes to the "Strekoza" gym and the "Spivdruzhnist" sports club.
